ABOUT ANJANA

I’m Anjana—happiness coach, energy healer, and author of Radiate Happiness. My work is rooted in lived experience, reflection, and the understanding that happiness is not outside us. The tools we seek are already within.

I support individuals and groups in:

• becoming aware of thought and emotional patterns

• softening inner dialogue and self-judgment

• reconnecting with joy, strength, and clarity • living more authentically and consciously
